Welcome to Ggobook! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ggobook mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Ggobook Tech ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Ggobook is a document management and analysis platform that utilizes Artificial Intelligence ("AI") technologies to help users organize, summarize, and understand their documents. The Service is available via mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.
To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account using a valid email address or through third-party authentication services (e.g., Google, Apple). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Ggobook offers both free and paid subscription plans ("Basic", "Pro", "Expert"). Features and limits for each plan are described within the App Store or Google Play Store listing and within the app itself.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refund requests are handled directly by the respective Store (Apple or Google) in accordance with their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.
You retain ownership of any documents, text, or other materials you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (e.g., generating AI summaries).

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ggobook Tech and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Republic of Korea and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Ggobook Tech.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GGOBOOK TECH, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
